Freeman seems like a good dude and all, but the "players coaches" guys don't usually work out.

Difficult to be Head Coach and buddy to 85 players.

That's why the most successful coaches are usually tyrants like Saban & Urban

Something bugging me for a couple of days now:

As Freeman comes through the side doors... did anyone else think "well hell, it's Will Smith".

You can have success being a players coach. Our last two coaches did as players coaches…. Sustaining success seems to be impossible though.

But he wasn’t on staff either. So it doesn’t upset me how they looked. We are talking about business. I hope our players are neither too high or low.
