Had a cup of coffee last year with miles. Signature play, the power 0.
Currently has the interim tag at Pitt.
I'm not going to lie, he was the guy I wanted last year. This year I kinda forgot about him. But his offense hasn't changed.
Thoughts ?

I like the idea of an OC that meshes well with miles, but this guy literally runs it up the guards arse 45 times a game, regardless of its effectiveness.

Their top RB has run for over 2700 yards combined the last two years, and the backup for over 1100. It sounds like it has been more effective than not.

Which is what Les Miles wants to do. So why not get an OC who has the same mindset? At least we know come hell or high water that we are going to run, and the run that damn ball up the gut until it works.

Well, that would suit us just fine considering all the RBs we have coming in. Plus, didn't Pitt have a couple stud RBs (one of them starts for Eagles now; name escapes me) over the past few years and some somewhat erratic QBs? Seems like he was playing to his strengths. And I'm sure he would pass more often if given a good QB.

Yeh did you see Tyler Palko throw yesterday ? Like wtf was he thinking. Old Sal Sunseri's boy is the QB up there this year.
Dione Lewis had the best season since Dorsett from the RB position I think last year for them.

Sounds good to me. Even though Cignetti is from Pittsburgh originally I think, he wouldn't be too hard to get I don't think considering Wanstadt got fired.
