He would stay if nobody offers him a HC job that pays better than LSU. If he gets a HC offer at a P5 program, he would go (e.g. the Syracuse job opening last year).

there are some that will be happy ONLY is we select a HC that exclusively runs the spread offense. it's air raid or nothing.

I think there are more that will only be happy if we get a HC that has a track record of coaching up an offense. It should be a top priority. It's what has held us back from taking the next step.
