For having no OC/DC, we did pretty good in recruiting today

Because Kelly sacrificed truly vetting coordinators to focus on recruiting. Yes he talked to some of the top no brainer guys but the deep dive for the next guys will happen after today.
When you have an adult as the head coach that can communicate his vision to the players and has a proven past to show them then you can work around not having coordinators.

LSU is an almost recession proof job when it comes to recruiting now. That’s why O’s incompetence was so vexing. You actually have to be a total

Kelly is a better recruiter than most people think. He will have recruiters on staff to do the heavy lifting, but will be the closer to get the guy officially on board.

So we are 18th in the country in recruiting and you think that's good???
We better get our arse in the portal and pull a rabbit out of our arse in Feb....
But hey we got 260lb oline Ben Bord....He will never see the field until he is well over 300....try to put on 50 lbs of muscle!!!
We beat Colorado, Virginia and Nicholls out for him..

18th now with how many sports left to fill?
You believe LSU finishes 18th? If not, where do you think they finish?
Would finishing in the top 10 be considered good to you considering a coaching change was made?

You realize where LSU was prior to today? I believe today went better than expected.
Also, you need spots available to play in the portal, no? I believe LSU has lots of options here.

You must want him fat and out of shape like Oatis that signed with Bama. Bo’s film is good. 15-20th LBs of muscle mass would be good or he won’t be able to stay on the field when he does get on it
