Of their list, the only name I would trust to build on what brohm has built is Neil Brown. The rest are serious downgrades imo.

Rumor is that Matt Canada’s agent floated this list to make himself look better than the potential field.
I think there are plenty of good names out there. Make Neal Brown a top 40 paid HC and there’s no way he says no. Especially with the talent base we currently have and that if you get us to 6-7 wins with exciting offense that other programs will come calling. That gets you raises real quick.

NealBrown if he had success at Purdue and Stoops goes elsewhere, he would bolt to Lexington in a heartbeat. It would suck the Purdue would lose 2 coaches to universities in Kentucky.

If I were him Id stay at Purdue the rest of my career as long as the university makes the financial commitment to him regarding facilities and pay. He would could live the life of Kirk Ferentz making tons of money for not a ton of wins like bigger universities woukd require.
