Adds another style to the spread..imagine a Mark Ingram type runner thrown into UF offence, would be pretty wild

I don't know what he's coming to LSU for, but the guy has recruited some serious talent to UF

That 2008 receiver class is ridiculous (along with all of his other signings since he's been at UF.

He's gotten some serious defensive talent on board too (including Jelani Jenkins and Jon Bostic).

Any word on who the recruit is that supposedly leaked this info?

I see he was assigned to Elam and I know he's been an odd one for them all year with the way he's looked around at other schools and threatened to decommit.

Studs coached the spread at Bowling Green. Notice Belowpar hasn't said anything regarding Stud's leaving.???

I think Stud stays as OC and/or OL coach and Gonzales and Studs install the Bowling Green offense.

Studs OL.
Gonzalez OC

I like it. The guy's gonna have some serious fire (a "want," if you will) to succeed at LSU because he probably wants to be a HC someday.

Crowton's been a head coach before and didn't like it. If you ask me he got complacent with his old system and never felt like evolving.

This guy wants to win and get his name on the HC waiting list. When we had Muschamp and Fisher, two guys who had the same goal, we made out pretty well.

I think they could be successful, especially Ford.

Ridley?

The only way for their to be an opening for another coach if is Yano or Robinson left. Both have been instrumental in turning around our formally horrendous special teams.

are you really advocating keeping 2 people who can't recruit and don't really coach positions to keep our special teams being average?

I refuse to believe Les Miles will abandon the I-formation until I see it.

Maybe this is the turning of the page for Les. If not, it will most likely mean the end of the book.

this is a good point as well, and this is probably true and certainly makes me feel better if it is indeed the hire at OC.

I don't know what happens with the QB coach situation but it sure as shite won't be any worse than with Crowton.

Our QBs progressed at a rate of zero per year and I think they deserve better than that.

Our TEs were non-existent for most of this year while our special teams did improve quite a bit I believe. I'd have to say Yano might be the one to pack. We have the position of "recruiting coordinator" taken care of.

This is somewhat confusing. I don't really know how this could be seen as impressive. Floridas WR
s certainly are not better than LSU's. If the man isn't an OC, don't see why this would be a great move. UF's offense was one dimensional this year.

Well, if Houston Bates isn't going to come here, I'm not sure who he can host. Maybe he could be on a Jersey Shore spin-off at some point though, especially if they focus on the Parish.
