On their ON3 page Gary Condon openly posts under his own name. Google him, he is a big time booster for UF.
They apparently regard this KC guy as highly as they do Gary. So the guy is legit apparently.

What you're asking me.
I saw the post from KC in question. KC is a prominent Gator booster. I 100% know for a fact that he said what is claimed in the OP.
Do I believe what KC said? Yes, the other alternatives are that he was posting something knowingly false and highly specific (for reasons I can't imagine), exaggerating his knowledge (the most believable alternative), or that he was intentionally misled by another prominent individual (again for reasons I can't imagine).
Is it possible his information isn't accurate? Sure, but I personally definitely believe what he said

That’s always my favorite part. That and the fans buying that the people posting are ‘prominent’ or ‘in the know’
In this particular case we have multiple gator fans believing that a) lane kiffin (not his agent) called Florida yesterday and b) a ‘booster’ saw this and reported it to a group of anonymous message board posters

I fully understand the logic you are presenting. And if you asked me this question in a vacuum, I would say your train of thought is obviously on point. But when a legitimate figure claims specific, first hand knowledge, especially someone who I've seen present information for over a decade, I will believe them.

For other programs, sure. Gary Condron is our biggest booster (His name is on our new baseball stadium) and he frequently posts.
