Don is a POS. That has become very evident in the past month. Stealing coaches and recruits. Bad look for Don.

CFB is big business. It’s common for coaches to follow the HC to their next job, if they are wanted. Also, I believe Dan is only recruiting 3 MSU commits, the kicker and 2 WRs.

IMO this only shows me that Dan is abrasive and can’t convince anyone that hasn’t worked with him previously to join him in Gainesville. Y’all are going to really hate his I’m right, you’re wrong nature. I know he coached there before, but OCs don’t get much tv time. Probably the least self aware coach I’ve ever seen, but he can coach.

Why does that make him a POS?

It wouldn’t be such a problem if he left in a better manner. Never talked to the players and only put out a statement a week later after people gave him shite for leaving like an arse. Then turns around and does that. Just not a good look overall.

It can’t be any worse than the current S&C situation at Florida. Our team is in for a rude awakening, McElwains S&C program was a joke.

Great example to set for young kids. You can burn bridges if you have success.

Coaches are pretty clickish, they usually come up through the ranks together and for the most part become good friends doing so. So yeah if I become a HC somewhere and I have a few friends who are on the same page and share my vision you can bet your butt im bringing them along.
As for recruits, Dan spent time developing relationships with those players so yeah, why would he not try to bring them along?

Stop being so butthurt

Yeah if you leave Walmart for an engineering firm, I don't expect you to put in much of an effort to keep that bridge alive

If we’re Walmart, LSU is a dollar general.

If he was that bad then why would coaches be following him to a new job?

So Florida is Mississippi State 2.0?

I can get behind this.
