MSU blocks tracking of it's jets on services like flightaware. I'm not sure why everyone doesn't do this.

b/c it's a waste of time either way.

Any school who didn't want anyone to know who they were after/where they were going could easily use booster planes. Heck, they could fly university plane from G'ville to town X, have a booster plane fly into town X from somewhere else, and then board the second plan to go to their primary destination.

Why would anyone go to all that trouble, and extra cost when you can simply have it blocked from tracking?? We have a booster who's plane's N-number is blocked, and the school's plane is blocked. Unless you work in the flight department, or ATC, no one will know where the hell you're going.
