Flashy vs Reality: Aranda

I'm tired of the latest flashy numbers or promising futures.
Dave Aranda's work at LSU and Baylor was/is fundamental football grounded in well-thought-out strategies. And if his strategy didn't work in the first half, he changed it into another fundamental strategy. Even if his strategy didn't always work, you know he did the best he could do to win the game, and opposing coaches knew and respected him.
Proven and tested, we know who Dave Aranda is. Coordinators and staff speak volumes about his integrity on and off the field. He will win many games and eventually win the next national championship at LSU.
It would be refreshing to see our teams line up correctly and execute the plays with minimal mistakes. To give our players to be in a position to play their best on defense and offense.

Agreed. Aranda will always have a disciplined team. I’m not 100% sold on grimes but he has improved Baylors offense a ton over last year

In 100% on Aranda. But I don't think he wants to leave Baylor after only 2 years.

You will practically always be in the game with Aranda.

We need a QB not a defense

If Aranda left, I think Jeff would get a hard look for the Baylor opening.

We are talking Dave Aranda here. He is more than competent to recruit and manage a QB, especially with an OC selected by Aranda.
Not all head coaches are deadheads like Orgeron.
