Fill me in on Rhule

What makes everyone think he would bolt the NFL after just 1.5 seasons?
I have read some say b/c he does not want to deal with Cam...Scam only signed a 1 year contract, so I doubt that would drive him out.
He won 5 games first season with covid and Bridgewater under center and has matched that win total this season already with 5 games to go and dealing with trash QB's and an injured McCaffrey. Not saying team is doing great but looks to be better than previous year, so making progress.
What else would be the driver for him to bail so quickly?
Has he stated he wanted to get back into the college game?

Rhule would not be a good hire IMO

Good thing your opinion is wrong.

Rhule
I bet he goes back to wearing burlap bags on the sidelines to cover his fat rolls.

He took over a shite hole at Temple and won there.
He took over Baylor after they were nuked and had 1 total commitment and got them to a NY6.
He was so impressive in an interview the panthers gave him 10 million per year to prevent the Giants from hiring him.
He is a culture guy.

Rhule would be a home run hire he’s a proven winner. What he did at Temple is pretty remarkable they were absolute trash and he won the conference. Baylor was an absolute dumpster fire after Briles left and he inherited a shite team and took them from 1-11 to the Sugar Bowl in the 2 years. I’m very high on rule, it’s hard to judge his time in Carolina because in the NFL you need a good QB to win and he hasn’t had that. He had average at best Bridgewater in his first year and now Sam Darnold and Cam. Plus Mcaffery has been constantly injured.

He won't be the next coach at LSU.
Other than that, do you really care?

So a Joel Klatt article claiming he was told, by an unnamed source, that Rhule wasnt sold on the NFL yet is why?
hmmmm.....
I'm not saying he doesn't like the NFL, but all this speculation from this one article?

Bingo. He can and will build a program from the ground up. We've seen him do it multiple times. Rhule has a really high floor and his ceiling is unknown. I think Rhule would be a great hire if he's the guy.
Either way, I'm of the belief that our guy is and has been locked up for a little while.

he's someone who made his career against cupcakes and lost to every single ranked team he played.
Boo this man.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOO

This may be a case of wishful thinking, but maybe like Saban he scratched his NFL itch, didn’t find it to his liking, and is now ready to come back to CFB and run a big time program and win multiple titles. One can wish, huh?

To go with the other home run hires... Jimbo, Mullen, Herman, Sark, etc.
You guys and your grand slams, home runs, and splash hires.

Just to set the record straight while he never beat a ranked team when he was at Baylor, he did beat 2 ranked teams while he was at Temple. That would be East Carolina when they were ranked 21st in 2014 and Navy in 2016 when they were ranked 20th. This is not anything to write home about however.
Overall, you are correct that he did make his name beating pretty soft teams and losing to stronger teams. After looking at his record I don't think he has the track record for us to be very excited about as a "homerun hire" at LSU.

I’m calling my shot that it will be Brady before Rhule!
LSU is saying we will LOVE the hire, Rhule will replace Brady this year before he’s on the hot seat. There goes any chance at HC for Brady after that.
It’s Campbell, Kelly, or Brady
