Fickell was a great recruiter at Ohio State.
Think of the defenses he could put together recruiting the south along with his lifelong ties to Ohio High School programs.
I think Fickell would be a monster at LSU.

I don't think he's going to come but I would be most excited if he ended up being our guy. He's easily the best candidate on the list.

- shut out Wisconsin 59-0 in Big Ten Championship
- beat Alabama in the playoff
- shut down Oregon in the title game (an Oregon that dropped 59 in the semifinals vs fsu).
Doesn't hurt either that he mentored under Tressel and Meyer for 16 years.
LSU needs to be laser focused on Fickell and everyone else is plan B.
