Fickell is Ohio State through and through no way Michigan would hire Fickell nor would Fickell want to go to Michigan.
I doubt very seriously Kiffin wants to be in Ann Arbor. I think he loves the warm weather too much

Neither bring that to the table.
247 named Campbell as one of the best recruiters in the country when he was at Toledo. Toledo is like an hour drive from Ann Arbor.
He'd be able to recruit fine. Not sure how the narrative started that he couldn't.
