I would not be sad to see Les go. I like Les as a person and he can recruit with the best of them, but on gameday he is an average coach.

Would be a horrible time for Les to leave. This recruiting class is going to be epic. Missing out on a number of these guys because we're bringing in a new coach would be awful for the program.
