Lane is reportedly headed to Florida Atlantic

Mallory is expected to take the NM DC job, although he hasn't made that public

There has been talk about Lane getting a job in Florida.

New Mexico probably won't announce Mallory until after the bowl or when Locksley completes his staff.

Just take some luudes and some tequila and pass out for a week or so.

bp was in the update thread, said he has not heard anything new, but will see what he can find.

everyone is saying chavis and orgeron is a done deal but he doesn't know.

That makes me feel better about what he DOES know.

Don't expect more from belowpar than what he's already said.

Probably because his sources(and they are credible, as I can tell from his track record) don't want him telling anymore than he has.

Maybe I'm reading too much into Alleva's comments, but I have a feeling it may be a guy in the NFL right now. My head tells me Chavis, but I have a feeling it may be a DC in the NFL that no one is talking about.

Dave Campo wouldn't be a bad choice. Neither would Greg Robinson. I haven't heard Robinson's name mentioned much lately. Is he out of the running?

big college ADs are good politicians, which means they are king bullshitters

they are always trying to sell a positive agenda no matter what

does not surprise me Alleva would say positives things after our once-vaunted defense got drilled all year off of a National Title run

I'm glad to hear that everyone is pleased with the hires to date.

There is approximately a 0.0001% chance everyone will be pleased with the hires.

Don't think you'll see Karl back, he gave Les one shot. Thats it. Looks like he'll stay in the Pros for a few more years.

it sounds like nobody "knows" yet what is going to happen.

I'm sure when the word starts to get out, belowpar will be one of the first to know.
