I recently heard Elko wasn’t happy about something over in Aggieland, so there may be some legitimate smoke around Elko reuniting with BK.

Can’t remember where I heard this, but will try to find it again and link it in the thread…..

I have several friends that go to Cincinnati and none of them like Denbrock as a play caller. They were hoping he was going to leave for Vandy last year when he was offered and he didn’t and they’re hoping he just stayed for one last go at it with Ridder and the core they had coming back. They’re ready for him to leave.

For the record, I never once said Jimbo would be the HC. Even made a thread about it.

Jimbo will not be the HC.

We are not getting Elko. Texas Agricultural & Mechanical will match any $ amount, so he would have no good reason to make the lateral move.

I’m not saying Elko yes or Elko no, and I sure as hell don’t have any sources (nor do I pretend to) but in what FAIRYtale world is arse&M lateral to LSU? When have the butt pirates won anything beside pre-season hype team of the year?

There are no rules for coaching hires. Elko worked with Kelly before he went to aTm. He may simply desire to do it again or he may not like working with Jimbo. He already makes Aranda DC money FWIW...

Texas has no state income tax. LSU would have to pay him 120% of what he currently makes just to match his current salary in terms of take home pay.

The highest marginal tax bracket in La is 6% so I think your math is off.

You still providing links to verify that you have no inside sources? Jimbo was the 1a, Kelly was 1b. Yet your sauces had Riley, Dabo, Aranda, Tucker as the list. None of which were even interviewed

Jimbo Fisher is LSU's top target

Jimbo Fisher is LSU football’s top coaching target - Thamel

LSU AD Scott Woodward’s top target is Jimbo Fisher - Rabalais

Again. You enjoy lying. Link a post where I said Tucker was an option. I said very early, when there were reports about Tucker being an option This

If you look through links, you would know I said Jimbo is an option. Just very unlikely.

Also regarding Aranda I said This
