Texas is high on him as a coach and recruiter

Is there a rumor Lane is trying to hire him?

Nice, seems like a god hire. Louisiana ties too.

Honestly he was pretty good at MSU until things started to unravel with Tucker. I’d take him or the Missouri DC. Worked out for us last time haha

Yes there is!

I’m wondering if hiring Robinson is being used to keep Baker. Remember we hired Bill Busch in 2017 to keep Dave Aranda from going to aTm

Would love to know DC but…
If Saban advised Kiffin on taking the LSU job, you better believe he advised him on how to build the team. I bet he told Kiffin that you can build an absolutely nasty D-line here. We haven’t seen a real dominate D-line here since 2011.
If we are going after E-Rob, Kiffin took that to heart and is going to try to build an absolutely dominant defensive line to build his defense around. If Raymond locks down the secondary and Kiffin builds his typical offense, these teams are going to be fun to watch.

We haven’t seen a real dominant one either.

Congrats, you caught a typo. It’s spelled correctly in other parts of my post. Here is your cookie.
Anything of substance you’d like to add?

He’s probably going to give that DC position to his brother

C'mon man. Lane doesn't need Saban to tell him that. Lane's dad was a better NFL DC than Saban ever was. Not to mention, when Lane was an assistant at USC their DLs were as good as anyone's. Lane hasn't been at a program since he was at Tennessee where he could build from the inside out on both sides of the ball.

Everything is going to fall into place. We don't need to worry about it. In Lane we trust.

BR native, Scotlandville grad. Would weaken some of UT’s connections in South La too (but they still have B Harris)
