Doug Nussmeir as Analyst?

Any possibility Doug is added to staff as an analyst? Be a paycheck and be near his son Garrett while at LSU.

Don't think he can be for a couple years per NCAA rules.

He can only coach on the 10 field spots. I think would have to wait 2 years for analyst.

NCAA CFB bylaw 11.4 - ... "anyone associated with a prospect cannot be hired as a non-field coach within two years of the prospect’s signing"
Additionally, he is paid $300,000 to be the QB coach for the Cowboys. LSU pays it's offensive analysts roughly $60,000. DM ain't leaving a quarter-million+ dollar job to live in BR for peanuts. Would You ??

But even if this weren’t the case, I don’t think Doug, Max, or Ed would be comfortable with this. It’s a terrible idea to have a parent looming around the program every day. Especially a QB battling for the job. Just asking for trouble.

Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Doug accept an analyst job at LSU a couple years ago and then Dallas offered him a job about a week later?
