Do We Have To Keep the Assistants??

Apparently when Miles was hired he had to keep the assistants like Jimbo. I hope we don't try to pull that again. I wouldn't mine if the new coach wants to keep them, but that should be his decision and he shouldn't have to if he doesn't want them.
Of course if we hire a top notch head coach he's going to want to bring his own people or he won't come.

Probably just the strength coach.

you should never keep assistants when ushering in a regime change.

should have the right to pick staff, however, I think Stud and Moffit would probably be seriously looked at.

When a new coach comes into a program, most will interview and keep whomever he'd like for his staff. Some bring in coaches with them. I have know of coaches calling to line up Asst.'s before they take a job.
Sometimes passing on a job is the best thing to do.

I don't see why a new coach would want to replace Crowton.

may not. Most coaches don't have the budgets to afford such a coordinator.

As long as BP goes, I have no problems with the other assistants. But this usually does not work. Though this was a very tough situation, when Stovall came here, I think he retained the staff, but look at his overall results. It didn't work out very well.
