When you fail as a big time HC, you shouldn't get to just go right back to HC of another big time program, you should have to prove you have learned by coaching a smaller program first.

It's not like Coach O hasn't paid some dues. Two interim coaching positions, an 10-4 record, and numerous assistant positions. I get what you're saying but it's like the election, it is over and done with. Coach O has the job and now we have to get behind him and STFU.
