No one is denying the interest/offer from Ohio State. Ignore tweets/retweets from Glenn Guilbeau and tweets from in-state writers that this is fake. The information can’t be denied or confirmed by the normal team media. That would then put them at risk of not being able to cover football going forward. Similar to preseason injuries, suspensions, and transfers. If it’s a yes, then it’ll be announced tomorrow, no later than Friday because of the Contact period for recruiting and Official visits. If it’s a no, then reports denying parts of the situation will come out. CR leaving will be a huge loss at this point of the offseason.

I've been told Saban is coming to LSU as part of the shadow staff. It might be announced tomorrow or Friday or possibly never

Wouldn't kill us this year in recruiting and that's all that matters right now. Our expected kids aside from Hampton are in already. We can find someone to coach by spring.

Was under the impression that OSU had just hired co-DC's? Perhaps something changed or I was mistaken and thinking of a different team?

They did and then they still offered him more than double his salary to be DB coach. OSU insiders are much more optimistic today. Don’t know what that’s worth though

cCR is not leaving. Did OSU make a run at him,yes. Was on offer given, yes. Did the lsu side know, yes. Was the lsu side informed, yes. They were also informed that hes WAS NOT leaving. The details of an extension and raise will be out shortly. Do I have proof yes. Can I show proof at this moment,no. I have date and time stamped conversation with people inside and around program. As soon as dust settles I will be more than happy to prove. Cannot and will not put my people out there like that.

Can confirm. He has silently committed to come on as part of the shadow staff. He will announce when ready. Let him have his moment. The administration feels really good about where things stand, just gotta let it play out
