Now, here me out now before you throw sticks and stones,

Cowher has been out of the game for a while and has always been known as a defensive type coach. Miles isn't going anywear yet, but we could slide in Cowher as a OC to prove to himself that he can be a good overall coach---the one thing missing from his career---.

AND....here is the coup de-tat...we make him the corch in waiting. so if miles stumples again next year, we give Cowher the rains and only have to pay him an OC salary since he will already be under contract.

Win win for everybody

this is retarded. the man won a superbowl. I'd be surprised if he could find Baton Rouge on a map.

if cowher comes, Les will be more successful and will never get fired. shite, they are probably almost the same age. so, won't work.

They said the same thing when Lou Holtz came out of retirement to coach South Carolina.

I heard Miles is trying to lure Bill Parcells from the Dolphins to get them back for taking Saban.

If that doesn't work, then Miles is going to get the DNA from Bill Walsh's grave, along with several other HOF coaches that I'm not at liberty to name, and he's going to make a "super coach." Just like Cobra did with Serpentor.

Except Cowher..........cause he could get 10 times his OC salary in any number of other positions that would be his for the taking.

I would be on board with the Parcells angle, but I question his motivation to recruit at his age.

Chicken they laughed at Dr. Lou when he went to coach the Cocks.

They lafed at Yogi Berra when he agreed to be a bench coach for the lowly houston astros under the tutelge of Hal Lanier.

I'm not getting caught off guard agin.
