Les freaking Miles and the shrimp boat captain won here. I think Lane likes his chances...

Georgia Fan is scared of Lane at LSU and throws shite against the wall on an LSU board...

So predictable. Maybe he needs to look into the facts of what this year actually looked like in all aspects of the game, how Kelly was mailing it in all season, AND WHAT DISASTER KELLY WAS CREATING IN 2026, before he opens his ignorant Dawg mouth......

Consider this
The hint of the century
Consider this, the slip
That brought me to my knees, failed
What if all these fantasies come flailing around?
Now I've said too much

I thought that I heard you laughing
I thought that I heard you sing
I think I thought I saw you try
But that was just a dream
That was just a dream

This is a safe space. Please don't mention his name here.

Brian Kelly had one of the top jobs in college football. He left it for LSU, who had just fired its coach.

He had two 10-win seasons and a 9-win season and then was fired mid-season in what is turning out to be an administrative and legal debacle.

Maybe Lane is very hesitant to jump into such a mess.

I think time is going to reveal that this more of a Brian Kelly problem than an LSU problem.

Maybe look into all the things BK was doing besides coach football. LSU carried his arse . See Jayden Daniels.

Sort of like what happened to Mark Richt.

Consider this, everyone knows BK was a lazy sack of shite. He got his bag and golfed and went on vacations mid-season.
I keep telling people this. Kelly as a LAZY arse who didn't even have routine meetings with his coaching staff, won 9-10 games a year after coming off 5-5 and 6-7 seasons from Ed O completely not giving a shite. Billy Napier actually tried at Florida and still only had one winning season. Lane Kiffin poured his everything into Ole Miss and still has only been 1-2 games better than LSU each year.

That is the fricking difference. There are levels to this shite. Ed O was a fricking hungry mad dog and did what it took to get a championship. LSU needs somebody hungry. I would love to have Kelvin Sheppard or Blake Baker if all else fails on my top 5.

Remember Jayden Daniels? Without him there would be no 10 win seasons

Kelly let his tenure become a mess on the field because he wasn’t engaged, and now we all know just how much.

Lane has real, well-known flaws. Being hands-off and disengaged are not among them.

You are leaving out the part where he wasn’t present for his job, he never knew what the hell was going on and didn’t even know some of the players..

I’m glad LSU identified this fraud before yr 7 or 8 and took action, that loser was gonna run this program into the mud

So frick you!

Brian Kelly:

-Two national championships at Grand Valley State

-Winning record at Central Michigan, of all places

-Went 34-6 at Cincy

-Restored ND to relevance and took them to playoffs

Okay, I'm convinced. He doesn't know how to coach.

lol Kelly is a fraud dude!!

If miles and coach O can win a natty, this should have been easy for Kelly right??

I mean you are the one saying he was such a great coach…

Why did this fool have historic bad defense 2 yrs in a row. And historic terrible oline run blocking for 2 yrs in a row

Ohh and isnt Kelly a oline specialist??

Get the frick out of here, you don’t know what you are talking about

Not comparable at all. Richt was a coordinator prior to UGA being his first head coaching gig. He only went to Miami after being fired from UGA.

He was good, but his personal loyalties kept him from ever being great.

It worked out for UGA, but firing him was a gamble. UGA could have very easily gone to Tennessee-like Purgatory if it hadn't.
