Looks like he is being pushed out by players in Philly as well. LINK

I think with the players we have on offense chip makes the most sense. As long he hires a legit defensive coordinator. This isn't the PAC 12 where you score 60 and give up 50 points.

If Jimbo isn't locked up, or if that falls through... Chip Kelly is a slam-dunk hire.

[ He's actually my #1(a) candidate, Jimbo being #1(b) ]

Gets old seeing such exaggeration from ignorant fans.

His defenses gave up:

23.8
18.7
24.6
21.6 points per game.

I personally want Chip over Jimbo. Chip was able to win so many games with talent far-less than our talent. Now for his offenses, a little too fast for my liking and I'm sure for others as well. An offensive tempo like in 2013 would be nice, with a seasoned defense(which they should be next season with only a few guys leaving)

Chip would be fricking amazing here. I'm saying he ends up in Tennessee though.

Why do so many think Chip would be great? His players want him out, he never has a defense. He would suck in the SEC!

He would be risky but the up side could be very good. Seem like some UF fans wanted him last year and I would think it would have been a Good hire.

So did Saban's... in Miami. BTW Chip was more successful in the NFL than Saban.
Also, to be completely honest about it, Kelly's resume is better than Fisher's, and Oregon is a harder place to win than Florida State. So conceivably, Kelly could be considered WAY better.
