LSU defensive coordinator John Chavis will be averaging $1.1 million in total compensation over the next three seasons in a new three-year contract, LSU head coach Les Miles has confirmed. The contract has not been finalized, but it is expected to pay Chavis approximately $900,000 this year, $1.1 million in 2013 and $1.3 million in 2014.

I don't care who we get as long as its an improvement. I don't think Chavis is an option but can see why a fan site would make a wish list with him on it.
