I hope Gerry D would be interested in coming back. I think he learned his lesson and would come back 10x the coach he once was.

Big J, it has nothing to do with Bob McConnell and a lack of respect. It has to do with your asinine comment when I mentioned Pelini as a candidate, you came back and laughed and said go away. Then I asked you to give me your list and you give me Bob McConnell?? That's all I'm saying here. You obviously want to get into a pissing match but if it were my call and I had to pick Bo Pelini or Bob McConnell, I know that it would be Pelini 10 out of 10 times.

Pelini hire would be close to seamless, seems important with talented players here, and on the way. Herbstreet? said so on radio today.

he's been working for the Big 10 network so he's gotten a close look at the fastest/most athletic conference the past year. I think he'll come with some fresh ideas.

Pelini has done more for the spread offense than Mike Leach.

BigJ, Since my inferior wisdom led to two candidates that you do not agree with, why don't you stick your neck out there and give us your candidates? Since you have 34,000++ posts I thought that you would have already done that? Go away?? Why?

I've been waiting for someone to tell him this for quite some time.

BigJ, are you thick headed too, you ignoramus? OK, so Bob's been helping Tom Brady prepare in the offseason? Oh sweet, can't wait for that hire! I can hear it now, "but but but he helped Tom Brady in the offseason!!" Maybe they should put you on the search committee BigJ so you can give your retarded insight like that! This has nothing to do with Bob McConnell's abilities but the fact that Pelini would be the most seamless hire, is relatively young and has experience at big time programs...
