Personally I'm not sold on helfrich but really there are very few guarantees but I like both helfrich and Canada more than kiffin. Only for one reason I think you could have 2 or more years with both kiffin I suspect is a one and done guy then it's back to square one. I also say kiffin is better than both but wouldn't expect for him to be here more than 1 year

Could definitely see lane bolting as soon as a HC job comes open. Canada is #1 on my list, but I'm coming around to Helfrich. His play calling ability is still suspect, imo.
I would be nervous having to rely solely on him for offense since O would not be any help. I wonder if there are any shadow assistants we could bring in to help.

Well to me that's what the rest of the staff is for. You don't get to be an offensive position coach without knowing anything about a whole offense, so if your not using their mind for assistance your an idiot. I mean come on watch game film of people on offense and learn from them. There are very few original ideas in coaching and you should always be willing and want to learn
