They are looking at Gabe Northern's brother, who is the DC at Prairie View. Played for Pete and seems to have Pete's attitude.
Darrel Asberry, head coach at Shaw University, former Jackson State OC and QB. Demoine Rutledge's, who is the president of the alumni association, cousin in law.
Redskins asst coach Stump Jackson.
Tony Dungy has given them some names but they don't have the money.
Supposedly having a secret meeting with Doug Williams this week.

Former players really want northern. He is also supported by many of the black HS coaches in LA.

northern would be a slam dunk.hes a glen oaks grad and knows how to recruit the br area for players that fit southern.

Doug Williams has taken himself out of the running for job. Looks like its down to Darrell Asberry (Shaw University Head Coach) and Stump Mitchell (Washington Redskins Assistant Coach).

I root for Southern but every time LSU loses, I hear about the roar from the Jag fans when the announce it.

there is a large segment of Southern "fans" that do not like LSU. Same shite you see from ULALALA, Tech, Tulane, etc. Just envy.
With what that school produces academically, it should be closed. Those are the facts. Their poor performance will always be shielded from consequences because of their status as an HBCU.
