I've got bad news for you The places and people this is leaking from are hardly ever wrong. You may be new here so all of us just look like s*** posters to you. But I've been sleuthing since 2007 and I can tell you that this is coming from legitimate places otherwise we would all have shut up and be descending into a huge meltdown right now.
If one of the Insiders that I have legitimate respect for that has validated that they have the scoop comes out and says it's not going to be Lincoln tonight I'll be the first one to help start the meltdown. But that hasn't happened yet. Trust me the guys with sauce could easily blow up this entire board tonight. We're not just blindly following hope.
Rumors without legs typically don't survive past Bruce Feldman saying it's not true.

He mentioned no details though. Didn’t say LSU reached out and was told no, didn’t say OU countered, nothing. Just an outright dismissal.

Its not like this is the only topic on Feldmans twitter feed. He's all over the map, mostly trying to sell his books and subscriptions for the Athletic. I think he just thinks its implausible, which may be true.

Two Oklahoma City sports talk radio host were just talking about the James Franklin and Mel Tucker extensions. They were talking about Lincoln Riley getting a raise at the end of the season, when it’s all said and done, but both said OU would NOT make
