Jimbo just seems like a desperate hire if that's the guy. Honestly, what has A&M gotten in return for that massive contract? Some hype, a win against Saban, and .... that's about it. Have they been to a playoff game yet? SEC champ game? I mean ... kind of ridiculous to look at the ROI on that. We got way more out of Ed friggin Orgeron for a lot less $$.
I would hope the next hire is someone that we pay well, but not insanely, to continue the tradition of winning actual championships at LSU. That's not what A&M has with Jimbo.

In fairness, ATM was not built to even sniff competing for a championship until last year, sort of. Maybe this year if they didn’t lose their QB. Jimbo had to completely remake that roster because Sumlin routinely got the shite kicked out of him by us, Bama, Georgia, Florida, and Auburn on the recruiting trail.
But none of this is relevant. I know people in Houston who know Fisher personally. He’s not coming here just to work with Woodward, which is the only concrete thing we can offer him that ATM can’t. Feldman is a slapdick who is throwing shite against the wall.
