I agree with you, but Cholly hasn't done himself any favors. If they finish 6-6 he's gone and I don't think anyone would second guess that decision. I thought Cholly would kick arse at UT, but he's been pretty damn bad.

No way lsu is close to signing Herman. The story is out on us...we don't give a frick about credentials or past performance.

na, they see a chance to grab a coach with a ton of potential.
if herman wasn't on the table, then i'm sure strong would be safe at 7-5.
for the record, strong has the worst 3 year stretch in longhorn football history.
let that sink in. no one has been worse than charlie strong at texas.

it's partly mack brown's fault. mack brown hasn't gone 16-19 in 3 years at texas in a glorified group of 5 conference.

Shut up. It's not racist. Strong has done a bad job. Herman is going to be UT next coach whether we like it or not

The players Brown left were useless and that might be being too kind. The best possible scenario is hiring another coach about as good as Strong, and that is no sure thing. But hey, this way I can continue to enjoy watching Texas fail.
