Not to mention he’s a total douche

He did turn PennSt around but he has done a whole lot to weaken confidence from back in those years.

And Alabama’s offense lately has been totally anemic.

Why is this guy even on the list in general?

How so?

They were 16-10 the 2 years before him and 15-9 with him.

You have to be intellectually honest and realize the shite was dealing with during his tenure

This myth that BoB was the savior of Penn State football is absurd. He didn't turn anything around at Penn State. He had two decent seasons with restrictions and then bolted as soon as he could. Despite the recruiting restrictions and transfers people forget that those Penn State teams had NFL talent up an down the roster. People act like he achieved the impossible or some shite. Just look at what PSU was doing in the five seasons prior to BoB becoming HC in 2012:

'07 - 9-4
'08 - 11-2 (Big 10 Champions)
'09 - 11-2
'10 - 7-6
'11 - 9-4
'12 - 8-4
'13 - 7-5

The guy knows offense but he has shown that he shouldn't be in charge of any organization. What he did to the Texans was criminal. And to top it all off he's a huge D bag. Terrible fit at LSU. For the life of me I can't understand why he was ever on the short list.

Don't want him, but lack of success in NFL is not particularly relevant. Saban and Spurrier turned out to be decent coaches in college.
