LOL Rhule is not leaving what he's built at Baylor and the massive contract they just gave him to start over at the bottom of the SEC.
He has an 8-year deal at Baylor with a buyout thought to be around $30 million.

Lol, Tulane had one win against a team with a 6-6 record. Every other win came against teams with losing records.
