This is the only reason to keep him (and not a bad reason by the way). I still have a problem with the notion that our OC is sitting in limbo while he waits to see if Les can find a more suitable replacement.

Well there are many idiots on here have no idea about how to run a program and would have fired him in the middle of the season with no clue of who to replace him with.

So true. I just don't think this decision is as easy as it may appear at first glance.

I just hope whatever is done we look and play a lot better as a team.
