Put aside all the media hype, rumors and he/she said BS..

Saban left LSU to fulfull a dream of his, to coach in the NFL. Les is doing the same thing, to coach at UM. Can you blame either??

With that said, Would you take back Saban? Include in his contract a hefty buy-out claus and LONG term deal....10 years +

I have to say I would..

saban is a different person than he was at LSU

he would have never put a suspended player in at halftime while at LSU

No sir, that is like taking a girlfriend back that dumped you in the worst way. Depending on how Miles handles this, the same goes for him.

Not so fast my friend. Saban left for the almighty dollar.

He was the highest paid coach in college when he left...3 mm+ i think..what was his salary in Miami? And if it was for the coin why didn't he leave the previous year to Chicago?

Saban agreed to a five-year deal with the Dolphins worth at least $22.5 million, but he delayed starting the job until after coaching LSU in the Capital One Bowl.

What was the reason for delay if it was all about the coin? Rumors of Les have been swerling for weeks. Did Saban not want to distract his team?

IMO What Saban did wasn't near as bad as what Les has done. And there are fans that would take Les over anybody.

Let him rot in BAMA. We do not need Nick Saban and he is in for trouble over there. Why should we settle for Saban? Most overrated coach ever.

If the team captains approached him and asked that he be allowed to play because it was senior day and their parents came to see them, YES he would do the same thing at LSU.

I'd take him back.

Nope, looking back at it don't think he was that great of a coach, or at least nothing better than we could get elsewhere.

Fu.k NO and if the BoS and Miss Bertman even think about it and try to bring him back, I will not renew my 14 season tickets and stop my donations to the TAF and will spread hate and discontent throughout Louisiana. Go ahead and tell Terri Saban to stay home in Alabama and quit going to Baton Rouge to test the waters.

Hell No!

Saban announced he was leaving LSU before the
Capital One Bowl. He announced last year,
after repeated denials that he was leaving
Miami, that he was taking the Alabama job.
That was just before LSU's game with
Notre Dame.

I do not believe Nick has LSU's best interest
at heart. It's his pocket book that he
cares about and his ego.

Guys if he'd still be in Miami we'd all be screaming for him to come back.

Though I don't see this happening now. I believe SOS is the best bet right now.

Can I have your 14 season tickets?

You can keep the hate-spreader. Sounds like you'll need it.

So the man who resurrected this program, brought us two SEC trophys and a NC, recruited some of the greatest players to wear the P&G, stockpiled us with players for years after he left, and was responsible for building the facilities we have now wouldn't be welcomed back because he gave it a try in the NFL? Because he's getting paid?
He didn't do us wrong in any way...the only people who have a legit beef with Saban are dolphins fans.
