At this point: Is our lack of coordinators/core coaching staff good or bad?

Is it we can’t find anyone willing to take the positions?
Or are we waiting on some proven guys to finish up their seasons through bowl games?
Starting to get a little worried.

It’s pretty clear we’re dealing with a different type of Coach here with Kelly. If he is indeed taking his time and pinpointing the best fit for his staff, no matter how long it takes, we’ll simply have to wait.

It’s nothing you should be worried about.
BK has a plan on what he wants. It just doesn’t happen all at once.

Possibly bad for recruiting at the moment. But getting good recruits won't matter without hiring good coordinators. See LSU 20220-21.

I suspect it will be filled out by end of next week I think ESD is playing a factor.

Love this comment. It doesn't take weeks and weeks to find an offensive and defensive coordinator......but it COULD take weeks to find excellent coordinators. Let Coach do his job.

your problem and the problem in this social media era is you want to know RIGHT NOW! minutes seem like days hours like weeks when you obsess over this 24/7. The staff will be in place when it matters. Many a team has changed a coordinator in January. and yes we know ESD is next week, we won't have a dominant class this year and that's ok, we can survive a down class, especially with the portal now. So take some advise from A-Aron and

Portal will be huge as well. Taking a QB will be decided based on the OC hire.
If its indeed Denbrock, Brennan is gone for sure. D Gabriel will be the main target for a Denbrock offense.

We are not winning the National Title next year. Kelly will get to get after the 2023 class hard. Seriously these guys are professionals who knows what happens behind the scene. They may have the guys in place and explain that to the recruits. After the signing period announcements will be mad.
