So Tucker is a “Great Recruiter and Great Motivator”. Aren’t we presently living through the long term effects of those two attributes? I’m sensing those who’ve seen the motivational speeches three plus years find that they get old and stale. When that happens, those who would be best to step up as leaders don’t because they can see through what their coach has sold as phony.

Give me brains who the seniors can still respect and admire any day.

Aranda was at LSU for 5 years recruiting LA schools. He is a name brand in the state and already has relationships established with LA coaches and recruits. Tucker would be an unknown, at least for the short term.

I think both would do great. Would be happy with either. Our last 2 were buffoons.

Aranda knows the climate/culture. Only reason for the preference
