So let's say arky gets kiffen...what's the plan to compete in recruiting? What are the facility upgrades? Y'all gonna finally build up a shadow staff?
What's arkys plan to make that happen?
You need those to compete.
Also y'all gonna give your hire time? Last two arky coaches didn't win a conference game the first 2 years

1. Recruiting, it is Lan Kiffin with some incredible assistants.
2. We just completed an EZ expansion with indoor and outdoor club area, the players now run through the tunnel of the club area with fans there. in 2018.. It is an awesome addition. LINK

I really don't understand why people think this is hurting/going to hurt us. Our SOS had to be last in the conference by a wide margin. Any coach we hire that is afraid of getting canned after 2 years if he only wins 4 games is not someone I want. Had Chad won 3 games this year he'd probably still be here.
It may take us awhile to get back to winning 8-9 games (but look at Baylor's quick turnaround, it can be done). Our expectations right now couldn't be any lower. Dream scenerio for many coaches if you ask me. LK wins 6 games next year and he could probably run for Governor.
