Are we really just mad at Alleva?

I know there are some people who will hate O no matter what but It seems like everyone regardless of Anti-O or indifferent is furious at Alleva. I think alot of the anger towards Alleva is being directed towards O.

I like O, just don't think it's going to work out for him as the head coach.

I think if Alleva would have made Herman tells us no. Then looked under a couple of other rocks and made announcement Monday or Tuesday the backlash would still be bad but not this bad.
