Aranda’s Baylor team leads Big 12 in fourth down conversions

Baylor just converted again on their own 28 on 4 th and 1. Aranda never looks nervous, always focused on ripping out your heart.

I really like watching Baylor play. Fun to watch a team this disciplined that just executes. They have a sub-par quarterback and they put him positions to be better. Pretty amazing what good coaching can do.

I agree with this. Oddly some fan downvoted every post on this thread praising Aranda. . That’s a sign of real fear!

I am coming around to wanting ARANDA. He is someone that could easily coach for years and have a team like LSU constantly in the playoffs, with the attention to details, and putting up with no bullshite kind of attitude.

I’ve always felt this way, so many denying any contact with Aranda by LSU. That makes no sense unless he’s Woodward’s guy if Riley isn’t.

Watching what aranda has done is nothing to downplay. I came to Baylor for grad school and have remained for work post graduation. I frequent a bar that players go to often. Having talked to several last year, they were not bought into his coaching style at all following rhule. Seeing them buy in this year is eye opening.

As an insight.. in his first year, two players got into a fight at practice. Dave made them walk around the whole practice facility holding hands.

Aranda is growing as a head coach. He really has a feel for the game coaching wise.
