This doesn't surprise me at all. I just read on the SEC Rant (so it must be true) that Auburn fans are the 8th most delusional in the conference.

I thought someone on Tigerdroppings was just kidding about Stoops so this is a surprise to me. Did anybody really think Stoops was ever considering Auburn, I sure didn't.

I suspect, to the extent FSU wasnt willing to increase his pay, he was considering it. Even folks in Tallahassee were saying this.

No coach is going to mess with auburn right now. The reason those other guys left is that sanctions are coming and they knew that. The new guys are getting the heads up on that from people as well. These people have their own reasons for that but anyways no one wants to mess with it and get stuck. Recruits will eventually be the same way then the bomb will drop on the barn.
