Personally I think it's Jimbo's destiny to coach this team. He was always the one.

I'll be thrilled with Herman and very happy with Jimbo, but Chip Kelly is the single best option out there.

#2. The circle of who to know is small, very few people know for right reasons. I doubt most or any of the Baton Rouge media knows who will be the guy that comes to Baton Rouge. The circle is that small.

Just last week they were talking about Kelly on the radio and he supposedly said he isn't going back to college because he isn't going recruit.
He would be a disaster here because reports when he was in Oregon were that he hated recruiting and sacked at it

You realize how friggin stupid you sound? How much recruiting would Chip Kelly need to do with Dameyune Craig, Corey Raymond, Jabaar Juluuke, Ed Orgeron, and BDP on staff (let's say they all stay on)?
Plus his reputation speaks for itself. All he would need to do is come up with ways to get the most out of our athletes on offense and let Aranda run the D. It would be a juggernaut waiting to happen.

Fedora is being pushed when he is a shite recruiter. I'd rather Kelly here and not recruiting than Fedora here and not recruiting.

It's a concern, but Kelly is easily the best college coach who's even remotely available.
Things are going sideways in San Fran, too. There were rumors around Philadelphia last year that Kelly had reached out to LSU; I hate to keep beating that dead horse, but I think it's worth mentioning.
My ears perked up when John Middlekauf (bay area radio host) talked about Kelly and LSU a few months ago. As a Raider fan who pays attention to the bay area sports media, I know that Middlekauf doesn't break news.
