Less Les is more. No National Championships with all that talent (this year and last), has to mean we are being out-coached,right? Just asking.

First of all, like it has been mentioned before, if he were going to stay, he should have ended all this crap before the Arkansas game. All he had to say was that he'll be here next year, end of story.

He obviously didn't know he would be here next year or he would have. Would you rather he LIE and say he's staying at LSU forever then bolt for Michigan? God you people are stupid. Pissed if he stays, pissed if he goes. We don't deserve him. We don't deserve anybody worth a damn with our stupid arse fanbase.

Is Pete Carroll being outcoached because he lost to Stanford and fell out of the national title picture this year?

He also said he was staying at Oklahoma State, told the media, called a press conference and then ditched them in the middle of the Alamo Bowl. That's his classy style.

But HOW are the players suppose to be focused on this game with all of the distractions they have had????

What distractions, idiot posters calling them? It was quite a roller coaster ride HERE. But Chicken created this board to contain the insanity and I'd say it worked pretty well. You people in meltdown mode are assuming you had way more public exposure than you actually did.

Some would say that Stanford capitalized on key losses on the USC offense and pulled the upset of the century. I think that, yeah, he got out-coached that game.

i am. perhaps they couldve at least waited until after the game tonight before giving him a fat raise to stay. i'm not a miles hater. i just think they could've upgraded. what will all of you miles lovers have to say if he loses tonight which i expect?

Thank you, SaintLSUnAtl. Pete Carroll was due a loss, who would have thought it would come at the hands of Stanford?

I'm thrilled. I think he's a man of integrity. I don't think he could have left us in the condition we were in; he's a good person. I know the money helps, but I think he felt it would have been wrong of him to leave us the way the season has played out. I hope his players kick arse tonight for him. The Tiger Nation needs to support him. He was in a tough spot.

Pellini on the other hand - good riddance.
