I honestly know nothing about this guy but his title is "recruiting specialist". Anyone know if he is fitting of that title or what that position entails? I didn't think analysts could recruit. Is that a talent evaluator type of position?

I mean he’s an analyst. Not a whole lot he could do with a lame duck coaching staff.
I don’t have a clue about the guy good or bad but I’m not gonna judge him on this year. I’ll let CBK do that.

He's the guy we brought over from Miss State last year right? I remember a lot of hype about him at the time with recruiting guys saying he was a good get. So far, I'm not sure we've gotten our money's worth. If we land Mathews, then that's good. But I think we'd be better off replacing this dude with an elite accountant and figure out our way forward with A$M sending out brinks trucks for recruits.

The guys getting NIL deals are still going where they have relationships. Nobody has been buying players who have never shown up for a visit. That’s not how it works. The two things go hand in hand, so you still have to have guys like Smith in the background coordinating things.
