No I would not be fine with O at all. If we waste a season by not firing Miles last season and end up with Ed Orgeron as the head coach because of it, Alleva should be fired immediately.

2 Replies (now 3)? That's not much, we've all seen worse.
It just seems the short-sighted intensified over the last few days with people digging their heels in for O.
Honestly, I think the program takes a serious hit if it's O. Not only would it stink if 3-4 premier targets said no, but I just don't trust O long term. I mean, if you do, that's fine, but the damage a head coach can do over 3-4 years can last another 5-7 years. And "good ole boys" are tough to get rid of to begin with.

I see this all the time and I'm very interested to hear about all the Big Time OCs available that are just itching to come to LSU.
Some people are also not aware that O had a fantastic offensive staff at Ole Miss. Dan Werner, Hugh Freeze, Frank Wilson. His team was still terrible.
