Had an agreement with Herman's people, they backed out at the 11th hour

they didn't "back out"

they just said they were going to evaluate a UT offer

then ALLEVA is the one who backed out and threw a temper tantrum
you say this as if it is fact

Yes, when an agreement is verbally done, and one party decides to hesitate and say they won't sign on Saturday, that is called backing out.

no it's not

pulling the offer entirely is backing out

throwing a temper tantrum like 15 year old girl is icing on the cake

We were tied with Southern Miss at half.

Was Herman really worth getting into a bidding war after he already hesitated to proceed with the agreed upon deal? shite, he lost to SMU and Memphis. I'll take the guy who lost to Bama and Florida

Forget the southern miss game if you want. I'll take putting up 38 points against Ole Miss and Arky. When's the last time that happened?

Good for him. Now LSU will do what is best and fire Joe Alleva. You don't fire Les Miles for Ed fricking Orgeron. He acted like a butthurt little girl this entire search.

You're also taking the guy who lost to Wyoming, Wake Forest and vandy (twice) with an SEC team.

Alleva had over a year to KNOW

Not guess.
Not wonder.
Not ask.

If Fisher was interested and if so, for how much.

What other coaches were out there besides Fisher and Herman.

He failed to do either and then got cucked as soon as Texas got mentioned.

Hey man, we beat the bad teams badly and average 5 points a game against the good ones.

Sounds like the recipe for success.

Did you want the guy who lost to SMU and Memphis, or the guy who lost 3 games and got blown out by Louisville?
