I think he’s a good hire and will definitely be an upgrade but this isn’t a hire that is nearly as scary as some of the other options that were rumored about. I do think he’s better than Riley tough.

Meh, Bama beat Kelly twice. 49-14 and 31-14. These weren't 7-5 Notre dame teams. One was for the bcs championship and one was in college football playoff.

We almost beat that Arkansas arse with the Cookie Monster short timing it on the sidelines.

And it was a headline.
Kelly will be a force in the SEC. And the other coaches know it, even if LSUs fan base doesn’t realize it. Sabans job just got harder, and he’s smart enough to realize it. Even if some here aren’t smart enough to realize it.

Arkansas fan has the nerve to laugh at Kelly. WTF arky will always suck and everyone knows it. And as far as bama goes Kelly will have a lot better talent at LSU than he ever had at notre dame.

Easy to throw stones when the guy was playing the lesser talent.
With LSU talent it will be a different story. One of the best game day coaches in college football.
He's also 38-0 when going into a game as a favorite. So that means no more losses to lesser programs like Arkansas, Ole Miss, MSU, etc.
