Enough, he doesn’t like to recruit
Some of you all just won’t get it through your heads

Brady is not a college coach. He doesn’t want to be a college coach. And it’s almost a certainty he’ll never return to the college game — not even to become a head coach.
Even if meant Brady had to do the one thing he doesn’t necessarily love. Recruit.

More from the article
Well, sounds like the guy doesn’t like traveling all around looking at HS FB all day and away from his bed.

The realities of recruiting hit Brady hard not long after he joined Coach O’s staff. He told The Athletic last year “I’m learning it (recruiting) never stops….I’m just looking forward to having a few days in a row in the same place”.

The Athletic quoted a LSU staffer as saying that Brady “just didn’t enjoy the communication aspect and all the teenager shenanigans

Don’t blame him. Can’t imagine my career being dependent on the recruitment of 16-18 year olds.

The recruiting is the most talked about thing for Brady.
IMO that’s not why he won’t get the LSU job (or any major college job for that matter). The reason he won’t is because he has 1 year of college coaching experience (3 if you count the 2 years as GA at PennSt). No sane major school is hiring someone with that minimal experience at the college level.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Brady a lot, but I find it highly highly highly unlikely any big college program is handing the keys to someone with that minimal college experience. NFL job?… fine, that’s easy because there’s less to manage and deal with, but college is a different animal. In the pros he can focus on X’s and O’s, so it’s feasible handing the keys to a young inexperienced guy. But at the college level, there’s 600 other things off the field to manage on a daily basis, and you’ve got to have experience with all those things.
IMO there’s basically zero percent chance Joe Brady is getting the LSU job. I doubt he’s even on Woodward’s list.

This as well. You are correct.
