Maybe we gave him a reason to stay. Like a promotion. There was talk of him leaving if he got passed up again. Be a tough loss as good of a recruiter as he was.

At first I didn't want him to be DC, but I've decided I completely trust Coach O's judgment. If he says CR is the right man, I'd assume he's right. Just rather make a splash with a big name, you know.
