Why are you so AFRAID of hiring a black or minority Head Coach? Not saying they should hire one because of the color of their skin, but damn people, it's NOT a coincidence that Black coaches don't get a do over like the majority white coaches when it comes to college football. Especially in the P5.

Nobody is afraid of hiring a black coach, this is the same play as the black QB vs white qb crap. You don't play one guy over the other based on the color of his skin you play the BEST player....no difference here is Tucker the BEST candidate? Delete skin color as a factor and answer honestly

I’m perfectly fine with hiring a minority. A good qualified minority coach may be the best thing to happen at LSU. My post is fussing about all the stupid Tate posts. Honestly I think the Tate haters actually would prefer him to force a hire so that they would have something to fuss about.

I haven't seen anyone upset over Aranda being a potential candidate. Is Mexican not enough of a minority for you or does that not apply? You can't generalize the entire board in this light while ignoring the love someone like Aranda gets.

But what if you have two very qualified and professional coaches but of different races. At that point the skin color does become one of the deciding factors, because it can definitely can be a factor in what recruit doors will open for you.

If all things are the same (which they never are) then you pick the best personality fit. If that's the minority candiadate,fantastic. Just don't shoehorn a guy in who maybe has more noted flaws than other options because of his skin color.
